I have used Palmolive for years, and as others have stated, am very disappointed in the new scent. It stinks. Unfortunately, I purchased the economy size as I usually do, and not only is the smell bad, but the dispenser and consistency are also not of the same quality. It literally pours out of the bottle like water making it difficult to control the amount of soup resulting in using more than needed. I am sorry that I will have to find a new detergent after being happy with Palmolive for more than 40 years. The company should really consider going back to the original scent AND quality of its previous product.

Palmolive has been my dishsoap almost all my married life. 45 years. Always had the ability to clean well and keep the suds throughout. I do not have a dishwasher, so I know what I'm talking about! Lately I've noticed I have to use more to get same results. My guess is more water has been added to the bottle. Like I said, no dishwasher, I know of what I speak. Now we have"new formula"! It comes out in globs, doesn't break up, doesn't have the suds anymore. I hate washing dishes in water without obvious suds! C'mon Palmolive! Should we shop around for something better?

I'm so sad the scent has changed. I've used Palmolive my entire life and have been loyal to this brand. Prefer to use it in all rooms of the house, even bathroom as I don't like the feel or scent of other soaps. Please bring back the original scent! I find the new scent to be overly perfumed with an unnatural odor (chemical odor). I will no longer be purchasing Palmolive.

Thisnis a weird reason to knock off a star, but I love being able to leave our dish soap on the counter along with our other soaps, and the super bright and obnoxious green of this soap is a little bit of an eyesore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product smells great and gives a good crystal clean. It isn't too strong of a smell but still smelt fresh which I really liked. It made all of my glass and clear plastic dishes sparkle and I didn't need to rewash anything.

I also love the way it bubbled and powered through tough grease and grime ! I was very impressed with Palmolive ultra strength liquid and will be purchasing this onward and highly recommend this product !

Palmolive has a very distinctive scent to it, with that said it is my favorite soap scent! The smell is very nostalgic to me, it reminds me of going over to my grandparents house when I was a kid so I will never find myself using a dish soap other than Palmolive. It is very delicate on your hands as well, after a dishwashing session you will find your hands are still moist and not dried out.
