I feel terrible for Sam's who hires whoever did the packing: irresponsible. Twice this Hershey's Cocoa powder was burst opened everywhere inside the package box. What a waste of the owner s money. No way I will use an opened item. Sam's online employee was very Nice about my complaint and sent me the second powder. Sadly, the second one burst again and powder was all over everything one more time. Will complain to the online tomorrow. They should package with a protective plastic bag that helps absorbing some shipping and handling abuse. Time to reeducate those staff. Or Sam's will lose more customers.

This product is always conveniently at local grocery stores and even some little stores. I use this in baking and it works great and has a nice chocolate flavor. I gave 4 stars only because there is higher quality product to use for cooking for better tastes. Otherwise this is perfect and I’ll always reach for it because on convenience and price!

One item in my pantry is always Hershey’s Coca! We use it for baking, to mix our own Hot Chocolate and to make other yummy treats. It’s finely ground so it mixes in perfectly and makes cooking so much enjoyable. Another reason we always have one at home, it is perfectly compact and easy to open… this means I always have it on hand to add to new recipes when needed! love it!

I mostly drink this cocoa in winter, put some condensed milk and the taste will be perfect. The dark in cocoa blending with the sweeter milk will create a creamy taste that you will addicted in. Also in hot weather, i put more ice and whipping cream also to make a frappuchino, and you must give a try because it also same ways as starbucks.
