When I first got this I wanted to use it for things like brownies and cakes, and it did it’s job. But it was just ok. The brownies turned out crumbly and a bit flavorless, and I know that it’s not just my recipe, as I have tried other cacao powders in the past. I wouldn’t buy again, but it’s not terrible either.

I always have cocoa powder in the house because it's so versatile. I use it in smoothies, protein bites, and of course, brownies. It can be used in so much more as well, and you can control how much sugar to mix with it, along with other ingredients.

Love this baking chocolate it comes in handy to have this ingredient on hand when you got a sweet tooth this works you can make homemade brownies, cakes even your own frosting using this ingredient. And who doesn’t love chocolate besides those allergic to it.

Now I have to start by saying of course I have tried the off brand ones, but they seriously just can’t compare to Hershey’s brand. Comes out rich and beautifully flavored. I find most off brand ones have the chocolate flavor but isn’t as rich and as full of that chocolate flavor.

I am usually one of those who receives my cocoa powder exploded all over a ridiculously oversized box with no packing protection. This time, I figured since I had to meet a minimum for free shipping, I would order several soft items as well, and see if my cocoa would arrive unscathed. I lucked out this time and got someone who knows how to package correctly and use the appropriate size box. My cocoa arrived unexploded, only 1 had a lid pop off, but the seal was still secure. Hershey really needs to go to a screw lid, but until they do, I will just keep ordering soft items along with it and hope for the best!

As a part-time cookier this is my go to chocolate for chocolate cookies and frosting! I’ve been using this my entire life and my mom before. She swears by hersheys powdered cocoa and so do I! The taste is smooth and chocolatey. Every cookie is a home run when I use this cocoa powder!

It's 100% cocoa, not chocolate, so it's extremely bitter in its natural form. It doesn't hold when mixed with a natural sweetener like stevia and almond milk, it's magical, very low in calories and fat, and probably tastes more chocolaty than a regular sugary shot.

Hershey's Cacao powder has been a staple in the cupboard of my life since forever. I can remember as a child thinking it would be like chocolate and eating a spoonful. Imagine my surprise.
