I had this at home sitting in my pantry, never really thought anything of it. One day I looked up a recipe to make cappuccino’s and it said to use Hershey’s cocoa powder so I tried it as suggested. And let me tell you guys, this made THE BEST cappuccino ever!! I tried other cocoa powders but nothing compares to this!

It's very dry and not very sweet. I don't recommend this product if you are looking for hot chocolate unless you also have sugar + milk to add to it. Ok enough jokes. It's the gold standard for most household's chocolate baking needs for a reason. Get some and start making stuff if you don't understand why.

If you haven’t baked the chocolate cake recipe on this container and made the accompanying chocolate frosting recipe, you are denying yourself!! I put the frosting on the cake while it’s still warm and it sinks into the cake. Then I put it in the fridge for a couple of hours- it is the “fudgiest “ , moist, to die for cake!

Hershey’s cocoa are use it for making cakes candies even making hot chocolate have so many choices using the Hershey’s cocoa I would recommend this to anyone that likes to bake. You can even make pies. I love this product. It’s a plus in my household.. I even ate hot chocolate for my grandkids the grandkids love it when I make hot chocolate.

I use a Blender to use 100% Hershey Chocolate Powder in my Milk Protein Drinks. I use Hersey Chocolate Powder, Beet Root Powder, Whey Protein, Instant Breakfast for Flavor & extra Protein. Good Value. Texture is fine, tastes like good chocolate. But Powder will Not just Stir in Glass using a fork or spoon. But I've always used a Blender for the various Powders I use with Milk. Instant Breakfast alone will Stir easily without use of blender. But I wanted 100% Chocolate. Hershey has been good value for this size container.
