Pretty good, classic cocoa powder. The packaging is great compared to other powders I used that come in a bag vs a can. Simple ingredients. I do wish it had a bit more deeper chocolate taste to it when used for baking, but adding melted chocolate solves that problem.

This is a great cocoa powder. The flavour it gives to a chocolate cake is amazing. I only use it for very special cakes as it is a lot more expensive than store brands, definitely worth it for the occasional treat! HOWEVER - one of my friends has a severe nut allergy. The Hershey's carton has a QR code on it marked "scan here for more food information". When did this, I received the message "The QR code on this package is intended for use by US customers only". I therefore did not give her a slice of the cake (too much risk).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the cocoa powder is very fine. it doesnt make air pockets at all. i used the recipe of the hot cocoa on the back of the box. the cocoa powder mixes with sugar very well. when i added warm milk, there were still some air pockets, but only a few. it tastes amazing. the cons of the powder that i found are 1. the protective seal was a bit hard to take off, i was afraid to pull it too fast and spill the powder 2. the lid of the box is not tight enough.

Baking is something I enjoy doing several times a week. My family loves my cookie bars, brownies, blondies, etc. Hershey's Cocoa blends quickly and evenly with other ingredients to make prep time less, and its flavor is consistent and reliable. The whole house smells like a bakery when there are brownies in the oven!

I use a Blender to use 100% Hershey Chocolate Powder in my Milk Protein Drinks. I use Hersey Chocolate Powder, Beet Root Powder, Whey Protein, Instant Breakfast for Flavor & extra Protein. Good Value. Texture is fine, tastes like good chocolate. But Powder will Not just Stir in Glass using a fork or spoon. But I've always used a Blender for the various Powders I use with Milk. Instant Breakfast alone will Stir easily without use of blender. But I wanted 100% Chocolate. Hershey has been good value for this size container.
