It's fine powder but after awhile it might clump up. All you have to do is shifting through a sieve before mixing with other ingredients. I love to use it in baking as well.

It like a hot coco kinda thing very nice and rich creamy. The packaging is really big according to me, for cold day I would mix it with warm milk and you'll have a nice hot chocolate and on days I'll add ice and can enjoy it. Very good and one box can last a long time.
