Made homemade chocolate sauce with this, water, and sugar...it smelled delicious and tasted amazing! Great addition to any baking project that requires cocoa powder. I'm not a Hershey fan honestly, but this cocoa powder is amazing... You get so much of it for such a reasonable price too! It's so versatile.. . It makes delicious brownies, cakes, chocolate sauce, cupcakes, fudge, hot chocolate...the list is endless. I've stopped buying cake mix ever since I started using this since it gives you way better, richer taste. We use this cocoa every year for Christmas cookies and fudge. I can tell you now it smells as amazing as it tastes. I think that the compact packaging is easy for smaller spaces in cupboards. I recommend this to a lot of friends and family and I will do it again to you and say if you use this for baking or even hot chocolate then you will never turn back!!

We always keep Hersheys cocoa powder on hand because I do alot of baking. I make sourdough and one of my favorite things to make with my discard is brownies. I use Hershey cocoa powder in my brownies, and they are absolutely delicious, best chewy brownies I've ever had! You can also use it for many other things including making homemade hot chocolate etc. It's a great versatile product!

Reviewed in the United States on November 2, 2019 Here's a delicious, chewy, and healthful chocolate OATMEAL COOKIE-GRANOLA recipe that's so simple, pure and quick, you won't believe! Just 3 ingredients! And the quantity of each will depend on your personal taste. In a mixing bowl, pour in Honey and add Hershey's unsweetened Cocoa. Stir until smooth. Then add a generous amount of Quaker Quick Oats and mix thoroughly until blended into the thick chocolate/honey mix. Spoon out bite-size chunks into a baking dish and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool. (These amazing "cookie-granola bites" can also be enjoyed without baking!) For variation, try adding raisins and/or chopped almonds. Goes great with a large glass of cold almond milk. Happy snacking! (PS: I invented this when I was in a hurry and needed something sweet to curb my hunger. I hadn't gone shopping yet, and all I had left in the house was honey, cocoa, and oats :)
