The best hot Chocolate. Although frequently used for baking, and usually found in the baking goods section of stores rather than the hot chocolate section, when this is combined with instant dry milk or fresh milk and Truvia / stevia, this makes amazing hot chocolate.

This cocoa can be used in different ways. I like using this best in baking and when making hot chocolate. I also use it to make sugar-free Chia pudding. I like that it comes in a box with an easy to remove and to replace the lid. It smells great! The cocoa lumps easily and needs to be shifted to use.

HERSHEY'S Natural Unsweetened Cocoa has become a staple in my kitchen. I actually got this because I enjoyed the bitterness with 100% cacoa from the chocolate bars. I also like that there is no sugar in it and no sodium as well as a little protein. Its perfect to mix into my batches. I did try to make chocolate shake out of this with almond joy and it wasn't good. Overall, I do like the combinations I can make with this.

This is only cocoa I have ever used in my recipes, and the quality and taste has not changed ! Over the years things have changed, Thank you Hersheys for maintaining the same great taste, quality and packaging that was used by both my mother and grandmother. It's a 5 generation family tradition.
