I like how low carb it is! I'm a diabetic so making hot chocolate with this is superb. For a special treat I'll mix it with a little bit of Stevia before making hot chocolate, and it's so good. Also, a little bit goes a long way, so it's great if you have kiddos.

It was sweet but not overwhelming. I would've liked it more if it had more of a richer taste but I think it was trying to mimic the taste of a Hershey bar which makes that understandable. Overall, I would recommend this product if you are thinking about making double chocolate cookies or any other baked good.
