Of course Hersey's cocoa is delicious but what does 100% cacao really mean? Is it really raw cacao, with all its flavonoids and other nutrients intact? Or, is it merely made from cacao beans but processed at the high temps used to produce cocoa and, in the process loosing much of the nutrient value? I'd like to know?

Used to purchase it all the time when they had it in the store. FedEx shipped and the box was in great shape THERE JUST WASN'T ENOUGH PACKING INSIDE THE LARGE BOX and they bounced around and opened up and broke the seal. It would be nice if they started putting it back in the Sam's Club stores. Or even nicer if they put enough packing when they shipped you something.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the cocoa powder is very fine. it doesnt make air pockets at all. i used the recipe of the hot cocoa on the back of the box. the cocoa powder mixes with sugar very well. when i added warm milk, there were still some air pockets, but only a few. it tastes amazing. the cons of the powder that i found are 1. the protective seal was a bit hard to take off, i was afraid to pull it too fast and spill the powder 2. the lid of the box is not tight enough.

I like the container it comes in because it is easy to close. Another bonus of this product is that it is GMO free. The cocoa is easy to get out of the container. No sugar added which is great too.
