I use this for baking and hot cocoa all the time! It has been a house hold staple for YEARS. It makes great fudge brownies. I definitely recommend for a cocoa powder that is more on the affordable end

It’s a good cocoa but if you can get a better cocoa there’s more options with better quality and good sourcing of CACAO out there. Probably will find in Whole food/ online but extreme worth it
