Pure cacao, exactly 100% cacao like as thing I want for my crispy cake. My kid always eat them with banana -her love it Cheap price but good for daily. Highly recommend!

Great for smoothies and baking. I love that it is unsweetened so I can adjust the sweetness of whatever I'm making, or decide to use alternative sweeteners. Great value as well. Packaging is ok.

Cacao is the unsweetened version of cocoa, i.e. its more pure, has a slightly bitter taste rather than sweet like drinking chocolate. A little goes a long way though so bitterness can be minimised by using half the cacao than would be used as cocoa.

I love is cocoa powder. I've used many like Valhrona and Ghiradelli because I wanted to be more fancy and try higher quality cocoa powders for my baking but this one's still my favorite.
