The flavor is just sweet enough. Once mixed you cannot taste the powdery texture. It is sealed well so no kids can break into it. I love this product, good for anything.

I used this cocoa powder for my baking products. It turns out great with the flavor, color, and doesn't change your baking products texture. My grandfather likes to mix this powder with warm milk just for the flavor of chocolate milk but not sweet.
