I went to baking school, and while there are definitely some really great high end cocoa brands out there, Hershey's is an affordable option that gets the job done. I like to use it in chocolate cakes and cupcakes.

I use this cocoa powder a lot for baking. It has great chocolate flavour and has a very pleasant chocolate smell. The packaging is a little small so I have to transfer it over to a bigger one because it's hard to fit the big measuring cups in there.

Mostly good for baking, can be used in tons of recipes, although sometimes it does produce a somewhat bland or pasty taste in certain recipes, but in general it is pretty good

I love this brand i use it for so many things from brownies to gravy. Great in the winter time for hot coco. I always have a container on hand for all my baking needs.
