I love this product and use it till this day. A lot of other hot chocolate brands are a little too sweet for my family, so we opt to use this Hershey Unsweetened Cocoa Powder. We can add our own amount of sugar and how milky we want it. Can be used for deserts and much more as well. Awesome product!

AGAIN…mainly got this because of the calories and the way I chug hot chocolate down everyday is crazy but this doesn't taste too bad but it's kinda bitter so I have to add more creamer (sugar free) than usual to sweeten it up. Also, one thing I dislike about this is that it clumps up SOO badly. I wanted to get one of those automatic whisk things because I assume it'll help it clump up less but with a spoon, a lot of the chocolate just either floats up to the top or sinks at the bottom. BUTTT once I get the whisk thing it probably won't be that big of a problem anymore. I haven't used it to bake or anything like everyone else in the reviews but..i might 🤔💭..if i find the right recipe
