Hershey's Cocoa has been a staple in my family's pantry since before I was born. It's great for baking, hot cocoa in the New England winters, and also for making an old family Southern recipe - chocolate 'gravy' to drizzle on buttermilk biscuits. Hershey's is a name brand I trust for quality ingredients. I can almost smell this photo!

This is a great cocoa powder. The flavour it gives to a chocolate cake is amazing. I only use it for very special cakes as it is a lot more expensive than store brands, definitely worth it for the occasional treat! HOWEVER - one of my friends has a severe nut allergy. The Hershey's carton has a QR code on it marked "scan here for more food information". When did this, I received the message "The QR code on this package is intended for use by US customers only". I therefore did not give her a slice of the cake (too much risk).
