I normally take those vitamins separately, so it is convenient that I can now consume them all together with the addition of elderberry in a gummy that tastes like candy, which is a more palatable option than swallowing a capsule with water. The gummies are appealing and look like little bunches of grapes, so friends and family are more likely to eat them.
