I love how they help support my immune system because I can sure use a boost come cold season. These are honestly so delicious and I cannot believe they are actually good for you! They're like a candy! I like that they are low sugar and contain vitamins C, D and Zinc, 3 things that I personally feel I don't consume enough of daily.
