It's hard to really tell if it's having an impact in improving my immune system, so I may not necessarily buy it without feeling a real difference.

I love that it comes in gummy form because I have always had a hard time taking pills. After taking Sambucus gummies for a few days I feel great. The vitamin C, D and zinc product has seemingly helped my families overall immune health during the fall/winter months this year. I love that this product contains Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, and also contains Zinc. It's a dietary supplement that I can take easily. I prefer gummy vitamins. The flavor tasted good too.
