The gummies are easy to swallow and are not hard to chew at all. I have been taking these gummies to help aid my immune system in fighting a cold. I have been taking these daily and have not had a cold or feeling sick. I do think these gummies are helping my immune system and supporting it against colds.

I only took the gummies for a week so not sure if they boosted my immunity or not. I did not have a cold before or during taking these gummies.
