My son recently caught a cold so I was glad to have these on hand in case I caught it. I began chewing 2 gummies a day as soon as I started to notice symptoms. I can't say that these cured my symptoms, but I didn't feel as terrible as I have in the past and it didn't seem to last as long as usual. I also really like the flavor of these, they taste like gummy candies! I will definitely keep these around for my family to use in the future.
