The black elderberry extract combines zinc, 100% of the recommended daily value of vitamin D that helps to support your immune system all year long! I have a hard time swallowing pills, so I love the gummies! They are very easy to take, and I take 2 daily. I like that they are gluten free, no yeast-derived ingredients, wheat, soy, dairy, egg, peanut, and free from artificial colors. I love how they help support my immune system because I can sure use a boost come cold season. To me they taste like fruit snacks which is a big plus because I hate supplements that tastes weird or bad. All in all an amazing product and one that will be a staple in our stay well cabinet.
