I am not sure what effect they give use health wise since it is not like immediate effect can be noticed, but they have great texture and flavor. It taste like a blueberry with a little sour after taste yum. I hate taking vitamins but now I have no problem taking them because it is in gummy form like a fruit snack. They taste great, they're not tacky or sticky chewy,so they don't get stuck on your teeth at all. They have 3,200mg of elderberry per serving, which is a good amount. They're low in sugar, they have vitamin C and D also zinc in them. I take them regularly to keep my immune system up. I really like these gummies I'll be getting more soon, I gotta get prepared for flu season.
