These are made with 3,200 mg of Elderberries per serving. Recommended that adults and children 4 and older chew 2 gummies a day. These gummies taste great and dissolve/chew easily. Also contains Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc. Great antioxidant for immune support. These are Gluten free. Overall these taste great and definitely recommend.

They are easy to chew. I don’t think they’re a magic bullet for staying healthy but I do feel like they enhance my immunity especially during the germy winter months. The 60 ct bottle is a good value. I’d recommend them!

I only took the gummies for a week so not sure if they boosted my immunity or not. I did not have a cold before or during taking these gummies. Maybe if I take these gummies all fall and winter I will know if they do the job or not.

Although these are a gummy they’re not chewy and the flavor is quite good. I could see these becoming a staple for our sick meds.
