And it couldn't have come at a better time with all the viruses that are currently circulating. So we have been taking these with dinner to save off any illnesses and so far, knock on wood, we have been healthy. The Taste is actually really yummy and doesn't cause any stomach upset. We take it with food as it also has vitamin D which needs a fat to absorb. I'm also glad that the form of vitamin D is D3 which is the bioavailable form also known as cholicalciferol, vs d2, ergocalciferol. This also contains 100%of the RDA of vitamin c and immune boosting zinc. I will try to purchase to continue taking once I run out. The raw materials are clean and they use natural flavors, nothing artificial!

The ingredients are all plant based and include immunity boosting elderberry, Zinc, vitamins C &D3. This is a powerful combination packed into delicious gummies. I used to take each of those ingredients separately so it's great to find a quality supplement that incorporates them all together. These sambucus supplements are now my go to immunity boosters!

These are made with 3,200 mg of Elderberries per serving. Recommended that adults and children 4 and older chew 2 gummies a day. These gummies taste great and dissolve/chew easily. Also contains Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc. Great antioxidant for immune support. These are Gluten free. Overall these taste great and definitely recommend.

Since l've been taking them, upper respiratory annoyances - sneezing, coughing, feeling congested - are minimal at best. I take two a day - first thing in the AM and sometime in the evening after dinner. They're quite tasty - fruity flavored with chewy texture - so it's no hardship at all to include in one's daily routine.

They taste like wild berry fruit snacks which a good thing because my kids like them and at the same time they are taking something that helps their immune system.
