These Elderberry gummies by Nature's Way on the other hand dissolve quickly and tastes amazing. Everyone who tried these gummies loved the taste.

For years I took childrens' gummies because they were more fun, and I hated swallowing big horsepills, but these days, you can find more and more gummies for adults. I'm thrilled about it. These Sambucus gummies taste pretty good, and fill in gaps if you are not getting enough Vitamin C and D. And Zinc is the thing that my doctor says may have the most benefit, assuming you take it consistently at the start of a cold, as it may shorten your symptoms by a day or two. It's not much, but every little bit helps.
