I bought this to try to help my immune system. I like that it comes in gummy form so it's easier to take. It was a little high priced for only 60 in a sturdy bottle. It does come with added Zinc with Vitamins c & d3.

I was given a bottle of these by a friend. Unfortunately, I have type-2 diabetes and these have too much sugar to justify taking them. I'm lucky I read the label before opening them. I will look for an alternative.
