Just rub a little on your chest and provides all the relief you need. This product is amazing and i was surprised at how well it worked. I like the Menthol scent and thick and clear like petroleum consistency that makes it easy apply on my chest to help me sleep well at night because, I have a stuffy nose. I take a warm towel and wrap around my neck with the Vicks applied on my chest and neck and this helps me rest at night by soothing and helping me breath well.
