[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vicks VapoRub has been a staple in our house for years. We use it to relieve stuffy nose and/or cough. We apply to chest or throat and it helps to make breathing easier and usually helps to have a good nights rest and feel better in the morning. Us adults and kids like the menthol scent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vicks Vapo rub works great. When I have a cough, they tend to lingerer. Eventually my chest hurts from coughing so much. VapoRub works so well to suppress my cough. I use before bed, and it helps me get peaceful sleep. Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Vicks Vaporub since I was a child in the 70s. Over the years, I have relied on this product to help relieve cough and congestion when I am sick. The scent is comforting and nostalgic for me. I thought this would be a no brainer 5 star review because it is a longtime favorite of mine. However, while the active ingredients listed on the last jar I received are the same as my previous jar from several years ago, I noticed that the scent of the ointment is weaker and subtly different. It seemed a bit weaker after it was applied as well, but the difference wasn't as noticeable to me. I did some research and found some information online that says the inactive ingredients are what have been changed. The product still helped with my lingering cough from getting Covid recently, but I prefer the original scent and think it had a more powerful, uplifting effect. I really hope Vicks listens and brings back the old formula, but I do think I might have better luck getting my 7 year old son who dislikes anything "minty" to use this milder version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I swear I remember Vaporub being much more potent. My husband and I were both sick and we needed the relief we thought vaporub would give us. I swear it really did not work. It just doesn’t seem to have the same power it used to. Bummer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stand by Vicks brand. My mom used it, her mom used it, and now I'm using it. Rub this product on your chest to help with coughing. I also like to put a little on my lip under my nose with what's left on my hand after wiping my chest because it smells so good. This product is as reliable for me as it was for my grandmother. It smells wonderful and is very soothing for those coughing fits.
