It definitely works but I have become dependent on it. It says it's not addicting but I think it depends on how long you use it and how often.

I couldn’t get it to work, I left it on my car battery over night and it didn’t charge at all. There are no included instructions.

Process has become significantly more cumbersome with all the additional logging in for changes/substitutions and verification codes.

It helps with sleep after 30 minutes after taking it. It makes me itch so probably allergies towards it. Read on google and it can happen
