It did not help me go to or stay asleep…..AND I purchased a trim pack! I should have looked at the ratings before I ordered it.

I'm a night owl but I also have to get up early for work. I take this before bed and still wake up with my alarm and not sleepy either.

It dose what it meant to do. I was having trouble sleeping but when I started to take this I was able to go to sleep

This product helps me fall asleep when I am tossing and turning. I only take half a dose and it works great.

The taste is a bit to get used to like all nyquil products but I find it works better than most prescriptions the doctors give.

Took awhile to kick in, but it did work. I gave it only 3 stars because I woke up during the night and had to take more.

Maybe, it'll work for you, but I was wide awake after taking this product. 😔 I think it use to be stronger... I used to fall asleep right away.

This product is an excellent sleep aid, and it is affordable. I typically fall asleep within minutes after taking it.
