Not as good as NyQuil nighttime. Much harder to fall asleep and when it did kick in it didn't last long

Fall asleep fast, yes. Stay asleep, no. Good for 2 hours sleep, not a full night sleep. Since only 1 dose per 24 hours, no repeating.
