This product does exactly as it says it does and is better than benadryl because you control the dosage.

it can be pricey- wish Walmart had their own equate brand of this that includes the 10% alcohol ( which really helps me to fall asleep faster)

The taste is not as good as the same brand in the triangular bottle. Not sure what it is but it is definitely different.

The brand name works well. I do recommend the Walmart brand as well. Liquid version is better if all you need is a very small amount.
