My husband has bad insomnia it is super hard for him to sleep. The prescription medications make it to where he can’t get up in the morning and is foggy. This done the trick. He sleeps better and we always keep it on hand. Never had an issue with outage on product or side effects. Plus side he doesn’t crave for this or anything. He uses on the worst nights and can go with out of the other nights

I appreciate that this medicine doesn't have a particularly unpleasant taste and goes down smoothly, leaving minimal aftertaste. It noticeably accelerated my ability to fall asleep, and I woke up feeling refreshed. However, I do wish it were more potent and effective. As someone who grapples with insomnia, my go-to remedy is melatonin, though its efficacy falls short of ensuring a restful night's sleep. On its own, this medication lacks the potency to induce sleep, but when paired with my 10 mg melatonin dose, my sleep quality significantly improves. Admittedly, it's a tad pricey, but it serves its purpose when combined with melatonin or Benadryl. Using it alone didn't yield satisfactory results; I found myself doubling the dosage, which isn't advisable. I believe its best application lies in temporary use for minor sleep issues like occasional insomnia, as it proved somewhat ineffective as a standalone solution. However, it did aid in facilitating sleep when used in conjunction with other sleep aids, and its non-habit-forming nature is a definite plus.

i have been using this product for about a year now. its not addictive, but you want to take it if you want to sleep. i make sure to take it anout twenty minutes before i go to sleep. i really try to ensure 8 hours, otherwise it wears off after that 8 hours and im tossing and turning. i wake up in the morning feeling like i actually slept. i recommend this to everyone who tells me they are struggling to sleep. i hope it helps others as much as it has helped me get a restful nights sleep.

My daughter works overnight as a nurse. Because of this when she has off work obviously her schedule is “off“. She found herself struggling to sleep more than five or six hours overnight. The ZZZ quill has made a great difference she’s able to sleep 8 to 10 hours when she is off work and wants to be awake during the day

Great product. I do believe it IS habit forming. I’ve been taking it for about 6 months, and now I can’t go to sleep without it. It does work well. I take it about 30 minutes to an hour before I want to go to sleep. I don’t feel like it’s working until I lie down and get settled to go to sleep, then I’m suddenly asleep. It’s not hard to wake up in the morning or even if I wake up and have to go to the bathroom. Then I go right back to sleep when I get back to bed. It works perfectly.

This stuff is awesome! I started out taking the recommended dose but had to cut back so I wouldn’t sleep too late the next morning. I gradually increased as my body adjusted to it. I’ve been using it off and on for several months. If I can’t fall asleep, I take it and get a great night’s sleep. I highly recommend!

I use this at half dose. It works well, and I'm not groggy the next day. I'm able to go to sleep quickly and stay asleep. In the event I am awakened before I'm ready to get up, I'm able to go back to sleep. The taste is okay. I definitely recommend ZzzQuil.

I take prescription sleeping pills, but I run out early every month. So I take this when I do. I have had sleeping problems for as long as I can remember, and I cannot go to sleep at night without having something. This has been my go to sleep aid for as long as I can remember now. The only reason I give it just four star is because the prescription strength stuff is obviously the five star stuff for me.

Does the trick, and I didn't even take a full dose, maybe three-quarters of a dose. It was tasty, too, and I didn't wake up groggy, but did sleep off and on for the whole next day. But I will take it again when I can't sleep. Sleep is very important to your health and most people don't get enough.
