I have a real difficult time getting to sleep at night. I just can not fall asleep and often toss and turn until 5 or 6 am. Then, I sleep until noon, or 2:00 PM. I hate it. I miss much of the day - thankfully I am retired, but still...... I think I am becoming desensitized to this product and others. ZzzQuil, Melatonin and Somnapure. Nothing seems to work any more......

Better than any over the counter or prescription sleep aid. Wake up worth absolutely no grogginess. Price is reasonable. I rarely get a bad nights rest. Even if I get up to use the bathroom I go back to sleep and I will wake to go. Can’t give this sleep aid any thing but 10 Stars!!

I think I like it lol it took me a second to fall asleep.. I had to completely shut out any distractions (Tv/music) and intentionally close my eyes.. It probably took me 7 minutes after wind down to go to sleep.. HOWEVER, it’s the first night in 2 weeks I’ve slept the entire night.. I woke up fine with zero grogginess.. I slept exactly 8 hours.. Side note: Melatonin does not work for me.. it gives me nightmares and I usually sleep very poorly with it.. so in comparison, there’s no comparison

I’ve had difficulty sleeping for years and was introduced to ZzzQuil as a method to assist me with sleeping better and have discovered that it actually works, and I’ve been using this product for over 5 years and although I don’t require it daily it’s always available when my insomnia exceeds two or more days and I highly recommend this product.

I've been using this off and on and it does wonders every time. It's easy to fall asleep. I like that it's a subtle feeling and not overpowering where it makes you dizzy. This just calms you and gives a dreamy, sleepy feeling. I never wake groggy or tired either. No hangover feeling, just feeling well rested.

I have a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep. While there are many options available, this just happens to be my preference, especially since I have a large assortment of supplements that take throughout the day. It just nice to not have one more pill. It gets the job done, allowing me to fall asleep sooner and sleep a bit more soundly.

I love this! Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep because I work overnight shifts. This is so yummy and gets me to sleep in about 20-30 minutes, if that. The best part is it keeps me asleep and I don't wake up feeling groggy, I typically wake up feeling quite rested.

I’ve tried many different sleep inducing substances and zzzquil with the alcohol is my preferred medication. Working swing shifts makes it impossible to keep a healthy sleep schedule and sleep is one of the pillars of our overall health. Zzzquil is like a cheat code to keeping me well rested. I don’t really know why that small amount of alcohol is so important but it is. Far more effective than the sleep aids that are alcohol free. 30ml gives me a solid 6 hours of sleep and I wake up without being groggy or foggy. I weight 280 pounds so adjust the amount according to your weight and experiment with it to find out what works best for you.

My doctor told me to stop taking Advil PM, due to adverse test results. My main objective is to "get" to sleep and this product works quicker than anything else I've tried. Other sleep aides either didn't work for me or made me feel hungover. ZzzQuil has none of those side effects for me.
