This really works for me. I have difficulty “winding down” before bedtime and staying asleep. I take half the dosage for an adult and fall asleep within an hour or so. Best part is I stay asleep! It really works for me, I fell asleep within 30 mins of the 30ml dose cup. However, I woke up with a hangover feeling the next morning and losing the ability to drive. I think the 30 ml dose cup is an overdose referred to my 125 lbs weight. 15 ml is enough to make me sleep, I took the 15 ml dose on the second night. i have been using this product for about a year now. its not addictive, but you want to take it if you want to sleep. i make sure to take it anout twenty minutes before i go to sleep. i really try to ensure 8 hours, otherwise it wears off after that 8 hours and im tossing and turning. i wake up in the morning feeling like i actually slept. i recommend this to everyone who tells me they are struggling to sleep. i hope it helps others as much as it has helped me get a restful nights sleep.
