I have been having such restless sleep for years and I refuse to take medications because of the side effects. this makes me feel refreshed when I wake up in the morning. I try not to take it every night just on nights where I'm feeling really restless and it helps do the job.

Works way better than other brands. I have trouble falling asleep, sometimes taking a few hours, with this I take it about a half hour/hour before I want to go to bed and then lay down and I’m out. I won’t even really feel tired when I lay down so it’s great!! I don’t feel groggy in the morning, probably because I’m actually getting more sleep than normal. I do not take it daily, maybe a handful of times a month when I can tell I’m going to struggle to fall asleep.

The best sleep I've had in YEARS. I have been struggling for months to get a solid 7 hours of sleep. I have 3 small children including a 12 month old, so nights can be a little tough as it is. Top that with my oldest starting school and my routine as been all over the place. After having a nearly sleepless night, I decided enough was enough and I bought this to try to get myself back on a better sleep schedule. What I did not expect was how effective this was at helping me fall asleep (it takes about an hour for it to fully kick in for me) and then how refreshed I felt waking up. If you're struggling to get to sleep or just trying to get on a better sleep schedule, I highly recommend trying this product.

This stuff is pretty awesome.Definitely helps you get some zzz. But you're not tired Nor do you wake up and feel sluggish or not with it you feel rested. Has someone with parkinson's who hardly ever gets any sleep because of How bad the parkinson's has gotten. Is it's been a life saver

I purchase this for my teenage daughter for allergy medicine and for pain as it contains the active ingredient in benadryl (diphenhydramine) and she will not and cannot seem to swallow pills and capsules. She likes the berry flavor which is rather pleasant unlike some of the other brands being offered on the market. It also has the added benefit of helping her sleep when she is stuffy or not feeling well.

I have a real difficult time getting to sleep at night. I just can not fall asleep and often toss and turn until 5 or 6 am. Then, I sleep until noon, or 2:00 PM. I hate it. I miss much of the day - thankfully I am retired, but still...... I think I am becoming desensitized to this product and others. ZzzQuil, Melatonin and Somnapure. Nothing seems to work any more......

This is my go to product when I need to get a good night's sleep. I don't like to take anything with melatonin because it gives me nightmares. Definitely not a restful or good night's sleep. I try not to take it often because for me, it doesn't work as well. However when I need my sleep without waking during the night, I take trusted ZzzQuil and feel better in the morning. So glad I found this!

I appreciate that this medicine doesn't have a particularly unpleasant taste and goes down smoothly, leaving minimal aftertaste. It noticeably accelerated my ability to fall asleep, and I woke up feeling refreshed. However, I do wish it were more potent and effective. As someone who grapples with insomnia, my go-to remedy is melatonin, though its efficacy falls short of ensuring a restful night's sleep. On its own, this medication lacks the potency to induce sleep, but when paired with my 10 mg melatonin dose, my sleep quality significantly improves. Admittedly, it's a tad pricey, but it serves its purpose when combined with melatonin or Benadryl. Using it alone didn't yield satisfactory results; I found myself doubling the dosage, which isn't advisable. I believe its best application lies in temporary use for minor sleep issues like occasional insomnia, as it proved somewhat ineffective as a standalone solution. However, it did aid in facilitating sleep when used in conjunction with other sleep aids, and its non-habit-forming nature is a definite plus.

It really works for me, I fell asleep within 30 mins of the 30ml dose cup. However, I woke up with a hangover feeling the next morning and losing the ability to drive. I think the 30 ml dose cup is an overdose referred to my 125 lbs weight. 15 ml is enough to make me sleep, I took the 15 ml dose on the second night. The third night, I decided to stop taking it then I got high and couldn't sleep for 45 hours. I got really scared and I will never get back to use it again. I don't recommend anyone to buy it. You should go to see the doctor first before you decide to take any kind of sleep aid.
