I ordered it thinking it was the NIGHTIME PAIN zzzquil that i had been using. The nighttime pain zzquil has what this one has (diphenadramine), plus pain reliever and I believe has 10% alcohol. Sleep like a dream and for full night. This one is primarily the same thing as unisom or allergy relief with diphenadramine only.

Works way better than other brands. I have trouble falling asleep, sometimes taking a few hours, with this I take it about a half hour/hour before I want to go to bed and then lay down and I’m out. I won’t even really feel tired when I lay down so it’s great!! I don’t feel groggy in the morning, probably because I’m actually getting more sleep than normal. I do not take it daily, maybe a handful of times a month when I can tell I’m going to struggle to fall asleep.

i have been using this product for about a year now. its not addictive, but you want to take it if you want to sleep. i make sure to take it anout twenty minutes before i go to sleep. i really try to ensure 8 hours, otherwise it wears off after that 8 hours and im tossing and turning. i wake up in the morning feeling like i actually slept. i recommend this to everyone who tells me they are struggling to sleep. i hope it helps others as much as it has helped me get a restful nights sleep.
