melatonin doesn't work for me, and I prefer not to get a prescription if I don't need to. I was having a lot of stress at work and having trouble getting to sleep but I was genuinely tired but just couldn't quite get there. this gave me just enough to put me over the edge and go to sleep without being drowsy or feeling drugged. I was already tired at the end of a long day and it does just enough to get me to sleep and I wake up feeling refreshed. a little pricey but worth it I think when you need it.

I have a real difficult time getting to sleep at night. I just can not fall asleep and often toss and turn until 5 or 6 am. Then, I sleep until noon, or 2:00 PM. I hate it. I miss much of the day - thankfully I am retired, but still...... I think I am becoming desensitized to this product and others. ZzzQuil, Melatonin and Somnapure. Nothing seems to work any more......

I use this at half dose. It works well, and I'm not groggy the next day. I'm able to go to sleep quickly and stay asleep. In the event I am awakened before I'm ready to get up, I'm able to go back to sleep. The taste is okay. I definitely recommend ZzzQuil.

I take this stuff a lot but I also try not to but I do buy a lot of bottles I’m thinking Zzzquil should give me and everyone who buys it all the time a couple free bottles. But I say take it when you feel you need to but try to allow yourself to go to sleep without it if possible.

I have trouble sleeping and have for a while this has been giving me a great night of sleeping without feeling to groggy the next day. It is great for helping me fall asleep too. Just take as recommend lay down and before i know it i am fast a sleep.

This stuff is pretty awesome.Definitely helps you get some zzz. But you're not tired Nor do you wake up and feel sluggish or not with it you feel rested. Has someone with parkinson's who hardly ever gets any sleep because of How bad the parkinson's has gotten. Is it's been a life saver

I purchase this for my teenage daughter for allergy medicine and for pain as it contains the active ingredient in benadryl (diphenhydramine) and she will not and cannot seem to swallow pills and capsules. She likes the berry flavor which is rather pleasant unlike some of the other brands being offered on the market. It also has the added benefit of helping her sleep when she is stuffy or not feeling well.

I love Vicks zzz quil. It works so great and doesn't have a bad taste at all. I love the flavor. I use it before bed most nights. The best part is its non addicting. I usually wake up so many times during the night, but this zzz quil helps me get tired and helps me sleep all through the night. Best sleep medicine.
