The liquid (for me) works better than the tablets/capsules. I fall fast asleep with the liquid, the capsules take about an hour to work.

It is not habit forming. I fall asleep within a hour after taking it. I take it around 8:30 pm or 9:00 pm and sleep the entire night.

Was anxious about the next day and had a hard time getting to sleep. Took a dose of ZzzQuil and was sleeping after a couple of minutes. Woke up great

ZzzQuil is a helpful sleep aid. I have muscle and joint pain, and this product helps me to sleep calmly.

Since I have been sick my sleep has been hard to get. This is used to get to sleep and doesn't affect my medications.

It works great if I have eaten a light meal in the evening. Doesn't work as good for me if I eat a big meal. Other than that I love this stuff.

Pricey and the Equate version is just as good for less money. I only bought this one because Equate was not on the shelf. Otherwise its ok

Complete garbage- if there were 0 stars I would give it that. Never did help get drowsy or fall asleep. Get Unisom 50mg tabs- they actually WORK.

I look forward to it every night due to the great taste. I've been using it a month or more and it works better than Rx Silenor.

The taste could be better but this product works great.I haven't slept this well in years
