I take it one nigh

I take it one night half cup and I woke up at 1 am and now all the day I woke up at 1 am even I don’t take it . I don’t know what to do.

Doesn’t work for me

Takes longer than an hour for it to kick in. Made me wake up more than to help me fall asleep. Felt extremely tired in the morning. Not worth it

Sleep like a Baby

Ever since I have started using ZzzQuil I have slept so good and never wake up feeling groggy. If you have a hard time sleeping you need this.

Fast asleep, not groggy!

Works SUPER well! Always puts me right to sleep and never feel groggy the next day. Definitely recommend to avoid sleepless nights!

Garbage

Complete garbage- if there were 0 stars I would give it that. Never did help get drowsy or fall asleep. Get Unisom 50mg tabs- they actually WORK.

It works most of the time. There are times I just cannot sleep but then I have illness problems which does not help the matter.
