The new formula tastes awful. They took out the high fructose corn syrup and added Sucralose and sorbitol. I can’t stand the taste.

Ever since I have started using ZzzQuil I have slept so good and never wake up feeling groggy. If you have a hard time sleeping you need this.

The liquid (for me) works better than the tablets/capsules. I fall fast asleep with the liquid, the capsules take about an hour to work.

Takes longer than an hour for it to kick in. Made me wake up more than to help me fall asleep. Felt extremely tired in the morning. Not worth it
