Before I found this I would take an antihistamine after a few sleepless nights. Now I take this with no left over effects. Plus I sleep thru the night.

I have had a hard time falling asleep for a while now and 20 minutes after you take zquil there is no staying awake and you do not wake up with that miserble sluggish feeling. thank you zquil makers.

I thought that it give me a good night sleep but it only gave me about four hours if that sometimes. Maybe it’s not for me but it just might be for someone else.

Works as advertised. I was taking melatonin prior to this with unfavorable results. Since I started taking ZZZQuil, I am sleeping through the night. It truly works.

Cheaper three pack. More expensive sold individual. Take when needed and helps me fasr asleep. Nothing else works wonders like Zzzquil. Sams should restock as many times they ran out and I have to wait a couple of days.

This works great, but the berry flavor is very harsh. I tried the clear zzzquil and the flavor was very clean gentle. Hope they get it back in stock soon.

I have used this for a while now and I notice when I don't use it I do not sleep as well and I wake up several times during the night. It really helps me get a good nights sleep and I feel rested when I wake up.

Only thing I have found on the market that will let me fall asleep, not even the over the counter sleeping pills. It doesn't taste that bad, and non habit formatting.

I think this stuff is absolutly amazing! I have soo much trouble falling asleep and staying asleep but when I take some of this Im out all night and I get a great nights sleep. The only bad thing is that it tastes awful haha
