It is an easy liquid form to take and if works really faster compared to other products. It is non habit forming which is great and can be taken as you like. The taste is ok and I get good sleep after taking this. Body feels rested in the morning and very fresh too.

I like that it is in a pill form because I struggle to take the liquid. It helped with congestion when I was sick and lasted a while. I also like that there is both day and nyquil in this pack. I was taking nyquil to fall asleep when I had trouble sleeping. Apparently there were a lot of other people doing the same thing. lol This works perfectly. Puts me to sleep. I sleep soundly and comfortably and there is no grogginess in the morning. I take about half the recommended dosage and still sleep great! Doesn't seem habit forming in the least.
