Love that this pack is both day and night, so when I need to sleep at night I take the night one and it puts me to sleep so I am not up all night feeling bad, and when I need to get up and work or do things around the house I take the day time and it makes me feel better yet does not make me sleepy. I have been taking NyQuil products for many many years and will always go back to them when I need them. I love that we can take either a liquid or a capsule with the NyQuil brand products.

does work well for me! Been getting sleep alot lately. Even tho i do tend to wake up 2 hours after and fall back to sleep. But i seem to be fine with it. It doesnt make you feel drowsy then make you fall asleep, it works best if tou drink it like 15-30 mins before going to sleep so that it could kick in by then. It's best to go to sleep afterward too so it could work faster. It is for my experience, everyone may be different.
