[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is nice that it is not habit forming and is flavored. It helps you to wake up refreshed, rather than groggy. Sleep is so important, and it works fairly quickly, which is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sometimes have trouble getting to sleep. I had never tried Zzquil but I am so glad I did! Cozy, comfy sleep for me.

I thought that it give me a good night sleep but it only gave me about four hours if that sometimes. Maybe it’s not for me but it just might be for someone else.

Pros: Works in about an hour. Deep sleep unlike some other sleeping aids. Non-habit forming and you won't need it nightly. No groggy feeling. Cons: Flavor is a little rough.

This works great, but the berry flavor is very harsh. I tried the clear zzzquil and the flavor was very clean gentle. Hope they get it back in stock soon.

I take this during nights where I can't get to sleep. I acts very fast and I'm usually in a deep sleep within an hour. I personally love the warming berry flavor. It's also non addictive and I only use it when I need it.

It takes a bit for it to start working, but it works well for about 4 hours when it starts working. I don't like the taste very well, but I have had some others that tasted worse.

I been trying to get a good night sleep after losing someone close to me. I been not able to sleep just for 2 hours for a week. This didn’t anything for my insomnia, and the flavor is awful

Switched from liquicaps. I like the liquid form because I can vary the dosage. I normally take 1/2 to 3/4 dose. A full dose works well but I’m drowsy the next day.

I have been using this for years. It helps me fall asleep fast, within a half hour of taking it, I'm ready for bed. Its not habit forming..I have run out and i can still get to sleep, just not as fast.
