Loved until it broke! It was ever so easy to use and the best hose ever until it he end blew off after just a few months of use and my water pressure isn’t strong so I know it wasn’t that.

Nice hose concept. Terrible construction. Hose end very quickly starts leaking. Thought it would be the hose end washer so I did change to a new one, but that didn't help at all. Apparently the hose end where washer sits warps.

Purchased one of these hoses two years ago and found it to the best garden hose i have ever used or owned. Bought a second hose this year and the fitting that attaches to the water supply came apart immediately. Returned it to the store and was going to try another one but they were out of stock. Ordered two online. The first one Itried leaked immediately from the end at the water supply. Tried the second and it leaked at both ends. It would appear that the company that makes this hose has a serious manufacturing issue. You would think that someone at Sam’s Club would pick up on this and work to correct the issue rather than disappointing your customers. This product gets a one star rating due to packaging but who really cares about that. I would consider this hose to be nothing but Junk.

Hose came with two small male ends that would thread into any standard attachment like a spray nozzle. Problem is, I can't connect it to any male hose bib because it has the wrong end on one side. Now I'll have to buy an adapter just to make it work. Hose I received is not what was pictured or even like the 1st Hose I purchased of the same brand.

Great material, lightweight, rolled up nicely and recommended to neighbors. Unfortunately, while watering, the hose disassembled in my hand at the point it attaches to metal. It's no longer useful and I'm quite annoyed that I now need to deal with receipts and warranties.

I would like to like this hose. The hose material seems very nice and reasonably durable (but I never tested), unfortunately the first hose I tried shot out of a pinhole leak on the hose end coupling. Took out of box, hand tightened, and water spray sideways. Unfortunate.

I absolutely love this hose. My first transition from typical heavy rubber hose. Its extremely lightweight and I think its pretty durable. I'm going on my second summer and I forgot to bring it in during our harsh winter. You do lose some pressure due to the smaller diameter of the hose, but its not that much. I don't ever turn the spigot on full and it does make the pipe whine at times. I also empty the remaining water from the hose after I roll it up...which is a breeze! Getting one for the backyard today.

Does not work even after you roll it all the way out and get all of the many many kinks out you hardly get any water out of it. Even at full blast. One tiny movement and it kinks up and them no water comes out. Took 15 minutes to fill my dog water bowl because I didn't want to unroll 75 feet of hose to perfectly straight when the water bowl is 6 inches from the hose bib. I am going to go buy another hose and I have not even had this one for a week yet.

Sam's should drop this product. Had one week and fitting at nozzle just blew off. Fitting at spigot leaking from day one. Okay, there is a lightweight piece of hose between the two, but very poor machining. I am sorry to see this junk is manufactured in USA.

I love that this hose is so light weight and that it’s 75 feet. It’s just not that sturdy. The hose pulled away from the coupler on 2 different hoses. After the first one went, I was being very careful that I wasn’t tugging the hose near the coupler. Unfortunately, it didn’t matter.
