The aluminum fitting froze solid to my brass bib and I just paid a plumber over $200 to remove the bib from the concrete wall. And even then the two of us could not get the hose off the bib, even when we used a blow torch, a vice and two huge wrenches.

A couple of complaints...Works as described but I didn't realize the diameter of the hose is only 1/2 inch. This is probably causing the weak flow compared to my previous hose where the flow was much stronger. Also, this hose does kink due to it's lightweight design so be prepared to constantly uncoil to unkink. Lastly, the black rubber wrapping near the fitting does not allow me to firmly tighten the hose to my spray handle. Instead, I have to use a wrench to get it secured so water does not leak.

The hose leaked a bit out of the box, a week or two later the end connection failed. Thinking I might have just got a lemon I returned and got another, which also leaked right out of the box. This hose had great potential but there is no quality control at the manufacturing level.

Great material, lightweight, rolled up nicely and recommended to neighbors. Unfortunately, while watering, the hose disassembled in my hand at the point it attaches to metal. It's no longer useful and I'm quite annoyed that I now need to deal with receipts and warranties.

Hose came with two small male ends that would thread into any standard attachment like a spray nozzle. Problem is, I can't connect it to any male hose bib because it has the wrong end on one side. Now I'll have to buy an adapter just to make it work. Hose I received is not what was pictured or even like the 1st Hose I purchased of the same brand.

I've had this hose sitting in my garage for several months. I finally decided to replace one of my hoses and found BOTH ends to be male! Rather than returning it, I purchased a female/female adapter (who knew). It leaked miserably despite multiple washer changes to the adapter. I will try to return this hose.

This hose is not at all durable. The first one I bought leaked out of the box, so I took it back and exchanged it for a new one. The new one lasted a few months before it started to leak. As much as I like how light and easy to use it is, it's too expensive to have to keep replacing.

I absolutely love this hose. My first transition from typical heavy rubber hose. Its extremely lightweight and I think its pretty durable. I'm going on my second summer and I forgot to bring it in during our harsh winter. You do lose some pressure due to the smaller diameter of the hose, but its not that much. I don't ever turn the spigot on full and it does make the pipe whine at times. I also empty the remaining water from the hose after I roll it up...which is a breeze! Getting one for the backyard today.

Bought 2 of these just a few weeks shy of a year ago. It dripped just a tiny bit from the start so we delt with it. Last week, the whole end came off. Completely useless! Says it has a 5 year warranty but zero warranty information? So I guess I’m just out $30 + tax. It’s also up to $35 now. Smh.

My wife bought this hose less than 9 months ago. She liked that it was lightweight and reached her gardens. The hose didn't last one season in Florida. The hose fittings fused to the faucet and when she tried to get it off, the water pipe broke causing $400 worth of damage. Avoid this cheap product. There are better hoses for less money.
