I use a rain-style watering wand to water all of my flowers and shrubs in the yard every day. The idea of a light flexible hose appealed to me. I REALLY wanted to like this hose. I think that if you needed to use this for occasional use with a spray gun, it would work okay. However, if you are wanting to use it in a high-flow, low-back-pressure situation like I am, it is quite frustrating. The hose constantly collapses on itself while moving it around. Unless you pull the hose straight at the end (where the strain relief is) you will get a chatter/water hammer effect. Even when I was taking care to avoid these issues, the overall flow rate is significantly lower than a standard 5/8" hose. The good: The construction seems decent. The color is nice. The strain relievers on each end are okay, but should be longer. The hose is definitely light and flxible. Not so good: Collapses on itself easily. Low flow rate. Water hammer effect when inevitable collapse occurs.

I had this hose 4 times. Only the first time was acceptable. First one although it leaked through the connector last me 3 to 4 years. The product is light and frankly I like it. Ideal for my elderly mother to water plants. The first one basically exploded and that was it. So I got another July last year, it leaked through the connector right from the start. Sam's exchanged that one a couple of weeks later. The replacement started leaking through the connector and in less than in a year the connector crimping failed. I got another one, this one lasted less than 3 months, same issue it started leaking through the connector and eventually the crimping failed completely. I give up this is not luck, this product is awful. It shouldn't be sold to anyone.

I am one for one buying once again. My first purchase of this 75' hose from Sam's Club was last year and the hose is great, it is lightweight and dependable and stores easily in a flower pot outside the garage door. However, my second purchase of this hose earlier this year was returned unused. I opened the box and as I was straightening the hose for use ran my hand over two wires which were sticking through the hose. I returned that hose to Sams Club with no problems but Sams did not have any more in stock. Hence, I still like the one I got last year so I am ordering this one and hopefully it doesn't have any wires sticking through it.

Hose burst on first use. Product details claims a bursting strength of 600 psi. My hose burst when I closed my spray nozzle while washing my automobile. I was using the hose attached to my homes garden hose spigot. Household water pressure is approximately 35 psi. I am very disappointed.

I received this hose as a gift. I used it for the first time yesterday. It is supposed to be kink resistant. Not mine. I find that it kinks and if you get rid of one kink, it kinks somewhere else. Today, I had to get rid of five kinks before water finally came through. Not satisfied!

Loved this hose, told everyone about it...until after 6 weeks use, probably 2-3 times a week, the hose disconnected from the metal piece. As always, Sam's great customer service had no problem issuing a refund. Maybe it was a one time thing, just beware.

I really like this hose, but it leaks at both ends. It seems to be leaking under the black casing around each end of the hose, where the hose attaches to the connector. If it didn't leak it would be my favorite hose and I would purchase more, but the leaks render it useless. Unfortunately, all of the reviews that reference leaking at the connection points are accurate.

We’ve replaced all plastic hoses with these. The weight alone was enough for us to switch.

Broke/leaking after 6 weeks of use at the end where it screws onto a sprayer.

The quality is terrible for the price. It kinks on itself nearly every use.
