It kinked on me.

Easy to put away.

Light weight

So far so good

OK

I have am avid gardener and a solid hose is a critical tool. I have purchased quite a few over the years and while Apex could and should improve the couplings on these, I still love them! They are super light weight, never kink, and are easy to drag across, over, under and around trees, pots, raised beds, trees, stumps, etc. I also appreciate that they dry quickly. For anyone interested in buying these but are concerned about the couplings, I recommended investing in quick connects. I bought my first flexH20 at least 3 years ago and it is still performing like new. Were it not for the couplings, I would give this hose a 5 star rating.

I bought this hose 2 weeks ago and it began leaking around the barb connected to the female end, today the whole barb blew off the male end making it useless. In order to fix it you have to buy a 1/2 barb in order to fit the inner tube then make sure it converts to 3/4 male or female connections. I spent as much as the hose cost new just to fix it. Shame on Sam’s for carrying a piece of junk. They should be removed from the shelves as defective

I received this hose as a gift. I used it for the first time yesterday. It is supposed to be kink resistant. Not mine. I find that it kinks and if you get rid of one kink, it kinks somewhere else. Today, I had to get rid of five kinks before water finally came through. Not satisfied!

I’m very dissatisfied with this hose. I bought one last year and when hooking it back up this year leak city at the connection to the faucet. How they make the fitting ends needs to be re-engineered. Bought another one from Sam’s. This years version is worse. The male end has no way to put a wrench on it to tighten. Not sure if saving a a quarter to make better ends is a company option but you need to review your reviews and figure out to improve the quality. I like that the hose is lightweight but not when water is spraying on the house or the person trying to use the spray end. Will be returning this years hose which I just bought today and will be calling to figure out to use the 5 year warranty from last years flop

It will leak.... With that being said, I LOVE this hose when it's not leaking. It doesn't tangle. It doesn't kink. It's super lightweight and easy to use (especially on my wrists). You'll never want another hose after using this... except for the fact that it leaks. I have now purchased 5 hoses in the past 2 years because 3 of them leaked. I left a message with the customer service today. If I get a call back, I will update this review. I should've called customer service last year, but I didn't even realize it came with a warranty until one of the Sam's Club associates told me.
