I started to do research because my doctor told me that my cholesterol was borderline. I came across plant sterols and decided to try it. I have read the reviews that people have posted online about this supplement lowering their cholesterol. Well I had blood drawn before and after trying plant sterols. YES, it worked for me! The doc asked what I was doing, so I told him. He said if it's working keep taking them but also eat healthy...which I do already. SIDE NOTE: This may not work for everyone and if you do try it, give it time because it's natural and not medication. That being said, some docs don't know supplements, herbs and natural approach. They only know meds so if you ask, they may not approve...just my opinion.

Took whole bottle as directed. No other changes in diet. Just has lab work. Cholesterol & triglycerides worst they've ever been!!!

These are great if you can't take prescription Cholesterol Medications. Wish they were in the Club and didn't have to order them online.

My total cholesterol number was 221. After taking this for six months, I was down to 178. The number will always fluctuate some, but to see that large a decrease convinces me that this stuff works.
