This was recommended to me by a friend because I was not sleeping well and having restless legs. I can tell when I miss a dose! I have bought this multiple times and the value is amazing.

These are usually great, but this time smelled like ammonia. We googled and others say the same with a comment from Nature Made as safe. This is the first time we have experienced this.
