I heard magnesium helps with sleep and decided to try a supplement to see if it works. When I took during the morning I didn’t see a difference in my sleep but when I too it in the evening I was shocked when I had slept for 7 hours straight!

My husband and I both take this at night for leg cramps. Works great. Even though they seem large they are easy to swallow due to the coating.
