These are a scam.

I have used this brand of magnesium for years. It has never had a smell of any sort. Just opened a new bottle and about gagged from the smell. I will be returning and switching brands immediately. Awful.

Changed the color to exactly match COQ10... so if you have been using the previous BROWN Magnesium capsules that made it easy to sort by color... you can't any more. These look EXACTLY like COQ10 caps

Magnesium Oxide is almost entirely unabsorbed by the body rendering this product worthless. This will provide a great laxative effect which basically means you’re flushing your money. Buy Magnesium Citrate or Sams sells Glycinate which is optimal.

Ive used this for several years & am happy with the results. Unfortunately our local Sam's Club hasn't been stocking it regularly, although they have had them online. Since we are plus members I don't have to pay for shipping so I ordered it online. It arrived within a few days.

This magnesium is more expensive because it works. Like all supplements I purchase, when I get home, a capsule is placed in a glass, of room temp water, a timer set for thirty minutes. If the product does not dissolve it is returned to the store. What it does in the glass is replicated in the stomach. This is a really good one. You feel the difference in a days time. Bodily functions are more easily performed. This is my second order, its a keeper.

I have osteoarthritis, congenital heart disease and problems with muscle cramps. Since I began taking these at my Doctors advice the muscle cramps occur much less frequently. I will know more about how well they work after see my Cardiologist and have my bone density checked. They are really large and a bit hard to take at times.

The product was fine but the box was a mess when it arrived. There was some sort of red sticky material on the outside of the box as well as all over the inside. The bottle was still intact but I ended up throwing the product away as I didn't feel safe using it.

I began taking magnesium at a friends recommendation to help with the nerve pain in my leg. It took a few weeks of taking them before they helped. Before I started taking these magnesium, I could not walk for more than a half hour before my leg was so painful I had to find someplace to sit down.

Seems to have noticeable good impact. Cost-effective.
