I'm 67 yrs old and I suffer from nightly leg cramps. Since I've started taking these magnesium soft gels, combined with a potassium supplement, the leg cramps are a lot less frequent and not as bad. It also appears that the cramps seem to be happening at longer intervals. I just glad something's working.

This product is 400mg of Magnesium Oxide which may help relieve digestive problems like heartburn and constipation. It is almost entirely unabsorbed by the body, so it is not a good supplement to help raise magnesium levels. Buy Magnesium Citrate or Glycinate instead.

There was a horrible smell when I opened this bottle of Magnesium. I had to throw them away.

Wrong kind if magnesium. I found out after my purchase, we should be using magnesium citrate.
