This worked better for me when taken with evening meal. Brought morning sugar levels down within normal range. The individual packets are so convenient. I can just throw one in my purse when dinning out. Very disappointed no longer available in store.

This vitamin pack was the cause of a very elevated B6 level that likely caused me neuropathy given that I controlled my A1C below 6 and my blood sugar level always stayed between 80 and 130 (based on my libre).

This is a great vitamin pack. Since I have been taking these my numbers on my health tests have improved a lot.

I get bloating when I eat, unless I take these. I am not sure what's in them that works but I notice the difference if I don't take it.
