I'm a diabetic. I could not keep my A1C under 7 no matter how hard I tried or what I ate. I take these every day with a cinnamon pill my A1C is coming in at 5.9 and 6.0 it's the best it's ever been . I still try to watch what I eat . These vitamins make all the difference. ♡♡♡

This vitamin pack really did seem to help with my A1C. I have actually begun taking them every other day now and have been able to maintain a good reading.

I don't know why companies always change the ingredients, especially when a product is working well. Really, disappointed

I do not like the pill change! I have been taking the diabetes pack with the 6 pills for years. When I ordered these the pictures states that, but I received the box with the 4 pack pill. I do not like these!

Not good for me. Gave me an upset stomach. I tried a set for several days between doses to be sure these were the problem and not something else. The problem only occurred on days I took these supplements. If you have a sensitive digestive system I recommend not using these.
