Have been using this product for years and getting at Miliary Commissary until recently when they discontinued it. As a diabetic it is important to keep things 'level' so any changes in A1C can be 'explained. Walmart has provided me a means to keep my vitamins steady, and at a great cost.

Not good for me. Gave me an upset stomach. I tried a set for several days between doses to be sure these were the problem and not something else. The problem only occurred on days I took these supplements. If you have a sensitive digestive system I recommend not using these.

Why would you change a formula that works? They got rid of one of the ingredients. It now has one less pill in each of the packs. I went back and checked and it does not have the chromium in it anymore. Sad! Now I have to buy it separately because I have a feeling that was the one ingredient that made all the difference. Whenever I took the pack I would notice a difference. Now it makes it the same as every other vitamin out there which I can get cheaper.
